Vel Mining is developing a fully integrated chrome business designed to control every major stage of the supply chain. Instead of relying on multiple contractors, we manage mining, processing, transportation, warehousing, and export under one operation—creating greater efficiency, stronger quality control, and dependable delivery for international buyers. Within the next year, our City Deep distribution hub and Durban export warehouse will operate as a unified logistics network, placing over 90% of our supply chain under direct operational control.

Open-Cast Mining
High-quality Run-of-Mine chrome ore extracted from our Mooinoi operations with consistent grades beginning at 22% Cr₂O₃.
Our modern wash plant upgrades ROM material into metallurgical-grade chrome concentrate ranging between 40–42% Cr₂O₃, with production increasing from 60 TPH to 100 TPH.
Logistics & Haulage
Our dedicated side-tipper fleet transports material directly between mine, processing plant, warehouse, and port, reducing delays and eliminating unnecessary third-party handling.
Export & Global Supply
We supply chrome concentrate to international traders, smelters, and industrial buyers throughout India, China, and broader Asian markets.
